Manages all operational and administrative functions for nationwide facilities services firm. Manages a major portfolio including several key clients/national accounts, in addition to acting as the national point of contact for many of these accounts.
• Manages the delivery of services by guiding a team of customer service managers and dispatchers. Responsible for achieving operational objectives and providing world class customer service.
• Work with all levels in the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement creating action plans to reduce costs for Field contractors and developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies for nation.
• Participate in sales processes to enhance the quality and quantity of new accounts acquired. Generate new business and drive Academy Service Group's strategic initiatives, continuously identifying and pursuing lead generation for local and National Account opportunities.
